EXHIBITING

1) Pick up a free Fair Book - Grantsburg Fair ONLY (NOW AVAILABLE for 2024, Same book will be used in 2025) at Local Businesses or use the link below.  You can also contact Coke Scheider at 715-488-2472 (The Fair Book has all the information: rules, registration forms, and the amount of prize money you could win!*)  

New for 2024 - Entries will be taken online through links to Fair Entry found at the bottom of this page. 

2) Register all your entries by August 8th with Fair Entry link found below. 

Camping Registration, Little Britches and Wheelbarrow Contest Forms may be downloaded from the links below.

If you are exhibiting an animal, you will need a Premise ID. To obtain a Premise ID visit www.wiid.org or call 1-888-808-1910

3) Bring your entries to the Grantsburg fairgrounds Thursday August 22nd from 9 AM to 6 PM.(Judging takes place on Friday and Saturday) Exhibits must be in place with the proper departments by 6PM!

4) Take your entries home at 4:00PM on Sunday, August 25th (no exhibits are allowed to leave before this time). *Look in the Fair Book for rules, entry forms, and premium amounts.  Fair premium checks are mailed to the address on your entry form.
